Two years ago Rashid Lanie gave me the gift of      his music "Co- Creation"  

     Every morning I start my day with his wonderful      meditation music. After running an inviting hot          bathtub of water, I light candles that are on the        edge of the tub, climb in and soak in both his            melodious and mysteriously haunting music.            Along with the primal element of water the                music  caresses me like the water.  My body's          stillness  quiets my mind, warms my soul and          refreshes my spirit.  My prayers come
     effortlessly.

     In this warm and gentle way I prepare for my            day.  I have tried other music for this daily ritual,      but I come back to Rashid's music as it soothes      and it's familiarity is part of the ritual of  my                meditation.
